What happens to my data on the Free plan?
Everything you'd expect on Pro — conversations, customer history, orders — works on Free. The only thing Free can't do is generate AI replies.
Are there per-seat or per-message fees?
No. $20/month covers unlimited agents and unlimited AI replies. You'll never get a surprise bill for usage.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We use Paddle as our payment processor. Paddle accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and several local payment methods worldwide.
