Refund Policy

1. Summary
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refundon new Pro subscriptions. If AgentDesk isn’t the right fit for your business, email info@algovon.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
2. Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to AgentDesk Pro subscriptions purchased from agentdesk.algovon.com. It is offered by Saad Riaz, sole proprietor trading as Algovon, the operator of the AgentDesk service.
3. What is eligible for a refund
- The first monthly payment for a Pro subscription, if you request a refund within 14 days of that payment.
4. What is not eligible for a refund
- Renewal payments for a subscription you have used for more than 14 days. To stop being charged, cancel from your billing settings before the next renewal date — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after the original payment date.
- Accounts that have been terminated for breach of our Terms & Conditions (for example, using the Service to send spam, to attack other systems, or to violate applicable law).
5. How to request a refund
Email info@algovon.comfrom the email address registered on your AgentDesk account with the subject line “Refund request”. You do not need to give a reason, but if you tell us what didn’t work for you we will use the feedback to improve the product.
6. How long refunds take
We approve eligible refund requests within 2 business days of receiving them. Payments are processed by Paddle as our merchant of record; once we issue the refund, Paddle will return the funds to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund typically appears within 5–10 business days.
7. What happens to your account after a refund
Your account is moved back to the Free plan. You keep your workspace, your conversations, and any data already synced from your store. You can re-subscribe at any time.
8. Cancellation (not the same as a refund)
You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time from Billing → Cancel subscriptionin your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not, on its own, trigger a refund. If you also want a refund and you are within the 14-day window, follow section 5.
9. Chargebacks
Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please contact us at info@algovon.com first — we will almost always resolve the issue faster than a chargeback can. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension while we work with Paddle to investigate.
